Requesting an estimate or other information through this website does not create a contract. Estimates are free and non-binding. Any project we perform is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Bear Ridge Construction, LLC, which controls the scope, pricing, and schedule of the work.

SMS / text messaging terms

We send text messages only if you opt in — for example, by checking the "Text me about my project" box on our contact form. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Bear Ridge Construction, LLC related to your inquiry and project, such as confirmations, updates, scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE also work). After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.
